I had an idea that i wanted to use one of my new Maya Road chipboard crowns on this card, and wasn't given any other information apart from the requirement for sparkle & shine! I just hope this little girl likes pink!!The papers are Basic Grey, from the 'Sugared' 12 x 12 collection pack. I used a chipboard shape to cut the panel, and then added a doodled border. The crown and number were painted with 'pink sherbert' paint dabber and then blinged up with some Glamour Dust. Rub-ons from Letraset, and pink gems from stash :)
