The Pink Elephant challenge #13

Today in the U.K. it's Bank Holiday....yay!!.........and time for The Pink Elephant challenge, so two reasons to be happy! This week we have a recipe for you from Ella's Kitchen..............
CIRCLES
Scallops & Punches (or die cuts)
I usually schedule my post for TPE to co-incide with the girls in the U.S. but i fell asleep on the sofa last night and have only just woken up!! so if some of this sounds a bit 'double dutch' then it's because it really IS just past 5a.m.!!!.............haven't even heard many birds singing yet!!
Anyway..................onto my card..........
Image.... JudiKins cube #6736I
Sentiment.... Stamps Away
Nestabilities.... Petite Scallop Circle small
Twinkling H2O's.... Blue Grass
Inks.... Versafine Onyx Black & Distress Black Soot
Cardstock.... Bazzill
Ribbon.... Making Memories

I love turquoise and black together...... i'm not sure about this card!..............i feel it's missing something but i'm not sure what..........maybe some gems, brads, buttons?........ what do you think..............let me know :)..............and if you are looking for inspiration check out the creations from the rest of the team...............yummy stuff!

I hope you will have fun cooking up a card/project for us using circles...................just add yourself to Mr Linky, then we can all come visit you to see what you have made.........have fun!! :)

Thanks for your visit today, i hope to see you very soon ;-D

Hugs

Edited to add:-.................... As i was up VERY early, i made one of these as well :)

  2. It's a nice card with a gorgeous colour combination. I adore the dotted paper. For a humble suggestion of improvement maybe some stickles on the flower to make it sparkle... or white dots on both the black scalloped circles to match with the black-and-white ribbon...?

  3. Good morning Carol or should I say goodnight!? Love your card - turquoise and black is a fab combination.

I don't think there is even the slightest thing amiss with the card.
