I know what you mean, but I guess that's what happens when you say "be inspired by the sketch", it goes totally beyond recognition, hehe

ReplyDeleteCarol, CONGRATS on your win over at Inktegrity!! :D
Hi Carol! I just had to pop in for so many wonderful reasons on this beautiful Thursday. First off, a huge congratulations as my ladybugs from Inktegrity are flying your way! Your name was randomly selected for today's release, I am so excited to see what you create with them as I am now a loyal follower. I also see that we are connected by degrees of separation - I love the girls at TPE (Lori, Robing and Ann are so very awesome) and Sheri (also on the TPE DT) is a longtime friend of mine.
ReplyDeleteAnd finally, WOW! Your card for TMS (I am on the DT) is so incredible!!! I love that you turned flowers into snowflakes, that is truly a sign of a talented crafter. The texture of this card is amazing, I am blown away by the interpretation of Melissa's sketch - although it is literal, it is sooo beautiful and artistically done.
Have a wonderful Thursday Carol! And please send me an email so I can get these ladybugs off to you. :D
huge hugs~
Hi Carol - this is just so cute I really love these little angels they never date and can be used for all sorts of cards. I would never have thought to use the porcelain papers for a christmas card either - very clever. Congratulations on your win too!
ReplyDeleteLove Lynda xxx
What a lovely card. Okay, I'm starting to think I am way behind now. I haven't even thought about Christmas.
